We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, request a quote, book a ride, or message an Operator. This includes your name, email address, phone number, pickup and dropoff locations, trip details, and payment information processed by our payment provider.

We also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data, in order to operate and secure the Platform.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the LimoXchange Platform
• Match Customers with Operators and process bookings and payments
• Send transactional emails such as quote notifications, booking confirmations, and receipts
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We share information with Operators only as needed to fulfil a booking. Until a Customer confirms a quote, Operator contact details remain anonymised. Once a booking is confirmed, the Operator and Customer receive each other's contact information for the trip.

We share data with trusted service providers — including payment processors, email delivery services, hosting, and analytics — solely to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal information.

LimoXchange uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect the functionality of the Platform.
