Terms of Service

Welcome to LimoXchange. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LimoXchange.

LimoXchange operates a marketplace that connects riders ("Customers") with licensed limousine operators ("Operators"). LimoXchange is not a transportation provider and does not own or operate any vehicles.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a ride. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false trip requests, scraping data, attempting to circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform with Operators you discovered through LimoXchange, or interfering with the security of the service.

Customers may submit trip requests free of charge. Operators submit competing quotes that include the trip fare, applicable taxes, and gratuity. Once a Customer reserves a quote, full payment is collected through our secure payment processor.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include the platform fee charged to Operators. Customers authorize LimoXchange to charge the selected payment method for the total amount of the booking.

Customers may cancel a booking subject to the cancellation window communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside the permitted window may be non-refundable in whole or in part.

Operators are expected to honour confirmed bookings. Repeated Operator cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the Platform. In the event an Operator cancels, Customers will receive a full refund or assistance in rebooking, where available.

Operators must hold all licences, permits, and insurance required by applicable law in the jurisdictions in which they operate. Operators are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide, including vehicle condition, driver conduct, and compliance with transportation regulations.

Operators agree to provide accurate vehicle and pricing information, to honour quotes submitted through the Platform, and to maintain professional standards consistent with a premium service.

LimoXchange charges Operators a subscription fee — $99.99 CAD per month or $899.99 CAD per year — plus a platform fee of 15% per confirmed booking. The platform fee is deducted from the Operator payout for each completed trip. Customers are not charged a separate platform fee.

We reserve the right to change the platform fee with reasonable notice to Operators. Continued use of the Platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimoXchange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transportation service arranged through it.

LimoXchange does not warrant the conduct of any Customer or Operator and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent Operators. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LimoXchange in the six months preceding the claim.
